Find the product you want and add it to the shopping cart. While shopping you will always see the amount of products you have in your cart and the total amount of them, but without the shipping costs that you will see reflected at the end of your purchase. Once you finish choosing your products, click on the cart icon to review the sum of selected products. Then click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT to see the total cost of your purchase with the shipping cost included.
To finalize your purchase you must choose payments methode and complete the form where we will ask you for the necessary information to send you the order.
When you have completed the process, you will receive an email where we will confirm your purchase and inform you about the products ordered and an order number to track it.
Prices
The prices are in euros and all have the applicable VAT included.

When placing the order, the customer can freely choose between the following payment methods:

Shipping costs and times
The products will be delivered to the person and to the address indicated in the order, not being responsible for failures in deliveries when the address entered in the form is wrong.
Orders are prepared from the moment the payment has been confirmed and at the following times:
- Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Orders placed outside these hours will be prepared the next business day except for exceptions.
- On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be neither departure nor delivery of orders.
If we need to make ordered product, production time will be 2-5 days, depends on the product.
The order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document.
- For national shipments (Spain Peninsula) the cost is 3.99€, if your order is greater than 100€, shipping is free.
- For international shipments the cost will depend on the country, you can see the shipping price in your cart.
- National shipments (Spain Peninsula) take between 2 and 5 working days to arrive, while international shipments between 5 and 15 days.
Important!
In certain countries outside the European Union, shipping may incur certain fees and extra taxes that will always be the responsibility and responsibility of the buyer.
For reasons of COVID-19, orders can be delayed for days while the restrictions last.
Returns and exchanges
Our products are made by hand, in many cases on individual request. Therefore we do not accept returns unless the product has arrived at your home in poor condition or the item does not correspond to the one you bought. In order to avoid disputes about the quality of the products, before shipment we take photo and video of the product to confirm its quality. If you receive the wrong product, contact us indicating the order reference and attaching an image of the wrong item within 7 days. We give you the instructions how to return the product. The product must be in its original conditions (it must not be used, it must keep its original labels and must not show stains, tears, tears or similar) and the product packaging must be protected so that it is received in perfect condition. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer without the possibility of refunding the money in exchange for the item.
